Decimal Places & Significant Figures
The tabs on the menu bar above provide drill and practice rounding numbers to a number of decimal places or significant figures.
Each test has 5 two-part questions and has a time limit of two minutes.
Once a test has been marked, students can print their results to record their progress.
Round to decimal places - eg 5.32671 = 5.3 to 1 d.p. or 5.33 to 2 d.p.
Round to significant figures - eg 34820 = 35000 to 2 s.f. or 34800 to 3 s.f.
